マレーシアは常夏の国だ。


だから なんでもかんでも 冷蔵庫に保管する癖がついてしまった。



でも 冷蔵庫に入れない方が良いものがあることを知った。



スイカもリンゴも そうだなんてなぁ。。



キュウリなんて 保冷庫に放り込んで、すっかり忘れてしまって 数週間後に発見した時には 腐ってしまっていたことが幾度もある。



直ぐに食べる分だけを買って、 冷蔵庫での保存は出来るだけ少なくすることが 肝要なのだ。
