発表された新MM2H(見直し後)の内容を読んでみたが、「もはや無理、応募者は激減するだろう」というのが私の感想だ。

JBの経済特区としてフォレストシティの滞留不動産を購入する場合のみが　従来のMM2Hの適用基準に近いものの、エージェント手数料は高額だ。

 従来からのMM2H保有者の5年後更新にあたっては、祖父条項が適用される取り扱いが継続されると思うのだが、いささか気にかかる。
