Hi Jonny
Yesterday when you asked me about what article I was reading, I was not able to explain well due to my limited English Capability, so now I let Chat GPT summarize the story about the mayor.

Shinji Ishimaru, a controversial figure in Japanese politics, has had a tumultuous career marked by several high-profile incidents. In the city council, he was involved in multiple disputes, drawing significant public and media attention. His actions led to a defamation lawsuit, where he was accused of making damaging statements against his opponents. Despite these controversies, Ishimaru decided to run for the Tokyo gubernatorial election, aiming to bring his vision to a larger platform. His campaign was characterized by his outspoken nature and attempts to address various local issues.
After graduating from a prestigious university, Ishimaru worked as an analyst at a major city bank, including a stint in New York and at the bank's headquarters. Concerned by the arrest of the former mayor and several city council members for bribery, which had thrown his hometown into chaos, he resigned from the bank and ran for mayor. He was elected as the new mayor. During his first policy speech at the city council, he was infuriated when he noticed a council member snoring. He reprimanded the council member, shouting, "Shame on you!" and posted about the incident on social media, escalating tensions with the council members.
The council member who was caught sleeping apologized, citing health issues, but later passed away due to illness. The conflict between Ishimaru and the council members intensified. Ishimaru's social media posts claiming he was being threatened by the council members led to a defamation lawsuit, which he lost. He continued to post videos on YouTube titled "City Administration Reports from the Mayor," showcasing the absurd questions from the council members, gaining widespread popularity across Japan and surpassing the viewer numbers of Tokyo's official YouTube reports.
After completing his first term as mayor, Ishimaru announced he would not seek re-election and decided to run for the Tokyo gubernatorial election.
