TM Unifi temporary suspension ( Refund Status で安心してたらとんでもないことに)

Ticket の表示が　Refund Status になっている。

これでおそらく大丈夫だろう、と思うが、本当に、請求残高が　マイナス金額表示されるまでは安心できない。

Refund Status の表示が消えて　Reconnection Fee の表示になっている。

おまけに　請求残高が　RM115.55 と表示されている。

おかしいじゃないか、overpayment なので　マイナス　RM141.55であるべきだ。

I am very disappointed to repeatedly receive inaccurate and irresponsible responses despite having explained, on several occasions, the details of the incorrect charges that were automatically deducted during the temporary suspension period approved until July 30, 2026.

I checked My Unifi today and was surprised to find that it still shows an outstanding amount of RM115.55 due on July 16, 2026.

(This amount consists of RM99 monthly charges, RM10 reconnection fee, and RM6.55 service tax.)

This billing information is incorrect.

The correct balance should be a credit of RM141.55, representing the total overpayment that TM mistakenly charged and collected through Auto Pay during the approved temporary suspension period:

RM36.60 + RM104.95 = RM141.55.

To understand the overpayment issue correctly, please carefully review the emails I sent on May 29, May 30, and June 5, 2026, which explain the details of the incorrect charges and payments.

I have been a TM Unifi subscriber for many years. Whenever I returned to Japan, I applied for temporary suspension of my service, and I have never experienced such a billing problem before.

I would appreciate your prompt and sincere attention to this matter and request that the billing records be corrected as soon as possible.
