「アプリへ情報を反映することが可能」と言う意味は　「自分で事前に」と言うことだろうか？

でも　MySejarteraの画面を見ても、そんな自己入力画面は見当たらない。

２．日本のワクチン証明書のMySejahteraアプリへの移管

今般、保健所から、日本で発行された紙のワクチン証明書をMySejahteraアプリへ移管する方法について以下の回答を得ましたのでお知らせいたします。なお、本内容に係る正式な文書はまだ出ておらず、従って今後変更の可能性もありえますが、その点ご留意の上ご参照ください。

・日本で２回のワクチン接種を受けてワクチン証明書を出してもらったものは、【helpdesk4@mysejahtera.org】へメールすることでアプリへ情報を反映することが可能。

・メールには、以下の情報を記載・添付すること。
・ワクチン接種した国名（日本等）
・接種日（１回目、２回目）
・ワクチンの名前（コミナティ等）
・ワクチンのロットナンバー
・パスポート番号
・ワクチン証明書の画像

　なお、１回目を日本で接種し、２回目をマレーシアで接種することを希望される方におかれては、海外当局が発行した１回目接種証明を持参した上で、最寄りの保健所へ連絡し、相談する必要があります。最寄りの保健所連絡先は以下サイトでご確認ください。

 Re; Uploading of data on Japanese vaccine certificate to MySejahtera application

We are pleased to inform you that we have received the following answers from the Health Center regarding how to transfer/upload  the information on the paper of vaccine certificate issued in Japan to the MySejahtera app. 

( Please note that the official document regarding this content has not been published yet and may change in the future.)

・ If you have been vaccinated twice in Japan and have been issued a vaccine certificate, you can reflect the information in the app after you send relevant information by emailing to [helpdesk4@mysejahtera.org].

Information should include  following items;

・ Vaccinated country name (Japan, etc.)
・ Inoculation day (1st and 2nd)
・ Vaccine name (community, etc.)
・ Vaccine lot number
 ·. passport number
・ Image of vaccine certificate

For those who wish to receive the first vaccination in Japan and the second vaccination in Malaysia, please bring the first vaccination certificate issued by the overseas authorities and contact the nearest health center to consult.
