Motocaddy rear wheel left (壊れた、eBay の販売業者にクレーム連絡)

US$148 も支払って新しいwheelに交換したばかりなのに、左車輪がロックされてしまい、手動で押すことができない。

自転車店に持って行けば修理可能なものか、まずは自分で、ベアリング部分をネジで開けて見てみたが、一体組み込み式なので無理だと分かる。

仕方ないので　eBay以外のWebで　左車輪の販売を探してオーダーした。

eBay の販売業者には、以下のリファンド問い合わせを送信した。

2025年3月15日にリアホイールをペアで購入し、3月28日に配送されました。その翌日（3月29日）にマレーシアを出発したため、受け取ってすぐに海外に出ることになりました。

その後5か月間マレーシアを離れており、8月末に戻りました。そして9月5日にMotocaddyトロリーに新しいホイールを取り付け、9月5日と6日に連続してゴルフをしました。

9月5日は問題ありませんでした。しかし、9月6日のプレー中に、左のリアホイールが突然ロックし、前進・後退の両方に動かなくなりました。手で押しても動かせません。つまり、わずか2回使用しただけで壊れてしまいました。

この商品は保証対象になりますか？

もしそうであれば、返金（または不良のないホイール＝左ホイールとの交換）を希望します。

このクレームを進めるにはどうすればよいでしょうか？

Hello,

I purchased a pair of rear wheels on March 15, 2025, which were delivered on March 28, just before I left Malaysia on March 29.

After being away from Malaysia for five months, I returned at the end of August. On September 5, I installed the new wheels onto my Motocaddy trolley and played golf on September 5 and 6.

There was no problem on September 5. However, during play on September 6, the left rear wheel suddenly locked in both forward and backward directions, and I was unable to move the trolley by pushing. In other words, the wheel broke after only two uses.

Is this product covered by warranty?

If so, I would like to request either a refund or a replacement with a non-defective LEFT wheel.

Please advise me on how to proceed with this claim.

After being out of Malaysia for 5 months, I came back to Malaysia end of August, then, on September 5th, I set up the new wheels onto Motocaddy trolley and played golf September 5th and 6th consecutively. On September 5th, there was nothing wrong. However, during playing on September 6, the left rear wheel suddenly locked toward both forward and back moving.I can not move it by pushing. It became broken after only twice using.
Is this product under warranty?
If so, I want to get refund (or replace to a non-defect wheel: LEFT wheel).
How do I proceed for this claim?

eBay じゃないが、代替品をorderした他社のリターンポリシーを一読した限り、返金してもらうのはなかなか無理そうだ。　　仮にeBayの販売業者から返事が来て、商品をl送り返してくれ、製造業者に欠陥の有無をチェックさせるので　と書いてあっても、英国に商品返送する手間と料金を考慮すると　泣き寝入りになりそうだ。
