MCOフェーズ2 では　半径10 km を超えて　移動したいなら　警察から事前許可レターを入手せよ　という取り扱いになった。

食料品の買い出しだけでなく　医療サービスにも　この10km規制が適用される。

半径10 kmという新ルール以外にも　上記の基本ルールを現場警官は運用しているのだろう。　(地区による) 

つまり　10 km以内だから　大丈夫だろう　と思っても　地区によってはこの基本ルールでアウトになるなる場合もある　ということだ。

全ては　自己判断/自己責任　であり　自業自得　となるケースも　想定して　買い物に出かけることだ、特にレッドゾーン地区では。
