と思って　アカウント登録をトライしているのだが、OTPを入れても何故かシステムエラーになって登録できない。

There is no need for household consumers to apply for the discount as it will be automatically reflected in the electricity bill. The discount, which is based on total monthly consumption, is calculated as follows:

> Up to 50% discount for domestic and/or residential customers who use up to 200kWh of electricity per month.

> 25% discount for customers who use 201kWh to 300kWh of electricity per month.

> 15% discount for customers who use 301kWh to 600kWh of electricity per month.

> 2% discount for customers who use more than 600kWh of electricity per month.

For the April bill, the discount will be prorated for electricity consumption from Apr 1 until the billing end date. Consumers will enjoy full discount based on monthly consumption in their bills for May until September. In the October bill, the discount will again be prorated from the billing start date until Sept 30.

During MCO, consumers can obtain a copy of their bill online through the myTNB portal or myTNB app, which can be downloaded for free on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

TNB advises consumers to use electricity wisely and with minimal wastage, so they can get the best out of the discounts.
