フェーズ2 の概要が発表された。

完全外出禁止になるんじゃないかと心配していたが、フェーズ2は　(1)営業時間制限(短縮: 各業種ごとに規定) と　(2)取り締まり強化　だ。

なお、これとは別に　レッドゾーン地区など(* )には　それぞれの地区特有の規制が別途かけられる可能性がある( takeaway 禁止など) 。

  ( * )レッドゾーンに指定されていない地区も含む。

この地区特有の追加規制のことを　EMCO (Enhanced MCO: 強化MCO) と呼んでいる　(のだろうと思うのだが　よくわからない)。

私の理解では　以下のとおりだ。

MCO : 全国ベース　: (フェーズ1) 3月18日から3月31 日まで

延長MCO : 全国ベース　: フェーズ2 という呼称の下　4月1日から4月14 日まで

EMCO : 各地区ベース　: MCOよりも強い制限　(フェーズ1〜2 を通して)

Ismail Sabri said eateries, markets, and petrol stations will only be allowed to operate from 8am to 8pm daily for the entire 14 days of the MCO’s second phase.

“The second phase will see an increase from the aspect of roadblocks and checking on the movement of people.

“However I want to stress that in the second phase, movement is still allowed, and shops are still allowed to open, but only during the mentioned operating hours,”
