エリンギ姉妹もKLにいるおじいちゃんおばあちゃんに会いたいだろう。

毎年2回　マレーシアに帰省していたスケジュールも　コロナ禍になって以来　エリンギのママは　里帰りをストップしている。

だから　もう2年近く　エリンギ姉妹はKLのおじいちゃんおばあちゃんに会っていないことになる。

マレーシア国籍のエリンギのママも　里帰りマレーシア入国時には　指定施設での検疫隔離が2週間も続くので、幼い子供2人を連れての里帰りは諦めざる得ない。

それがこのたび　めでたくも、ワクチン接種完了者であれば　自宅検疫隔離OKになったので、里帰りのハードルはグッと下がったはずだ。

ところが　幼い姉妹2人は　まだ小学校1年生と幼稚園年少さんだ。

だからワクチン接種の対象年齢に到達していない。

その場合、里帰り時の検疫隔離はどうなるんだろう　と気になっていた。

日本大使館からのお知らせに　参考になる情報があった。

早速、仮訳を　エリンギのママに送っておいた。

Googleで英語に粗訳して　それに手を入れた。

about home quarantine for fully vaccinated Malaysian nationals, permanent residents , MM2H etc.

1) Vaccination certificates obtained in foreign countries can also be used for the home quarantine purposes to declare at international entry points (KLIA, etc.).
Persons other than the illustrated "permanent residents" and "MM2H" (for example, EP1 and EP2) are also subject to the mitigation measures.

2) If you wish to quarantine at your home, you should apply permission in advance. To do so, the "name", "passport number"and "home address in Malaysia ", together with attachment of "vaccine certificate" copy and "negative certificate (PCR test, swab sample)" copy should be sent to the Ministry of Health (hso@moh.gov.my) by email.

3) The permission letter sent back from us to the applicant through email must be printed out and then must be shown at the international entry point.

4) Normally, we (the Ministry of Health) will reply within 48 hours after receiving the application email, but, if it is not possible to attach "negative certificate (PCR test, swab sample)" to the application email due to the timing of obtaining the negative certificate, the negative certificate may be shown at the international entry point.

5) to child who is not entitled to vaccination;

If an unvaccinated child (17 years old or younger) wishes to be quarantined at home, information about the child ("name", "passport number", "home address" and "negative certificate (PCR test, swab sample)" ) should be sent to the Ministry of Health (hso@moh.gov.my) by email to apply permission in advance. The permission sent back to the applicant through email must be printed out and shown at the international entry point.

外国で取得したワクチン接種証明書についても、国際入国地点（ＫＬＩＡ等）で自宅隔離のために利用することが可能。なお、例示されている「永住者」や「ＭＭ２Ｈ」以外の者（例えばＥＰ１やＥＰ２）についても、同緩和措置の対象となる。
　・ただし、自宅隔離を希望する場合は、「名前」「パスポート番号」「自宅住所」「ワクチン証明書」及び「陰性証明書（ＰＣＲ検査、スワブ検体）」を、保健省（hso@moh.gov.my）へメールで提出し、予め許可を得る必要があり、同許可メールをプリントアウトして、国際入国地点で示す必要がある。なお、通常は保健省へメール提出後４８時間以内に返信をするが、陰性証明書の取得時期との関係でメールに添付できない場合は、陰性証明書は国際入国地点で示すことでも構わない。

ワクチン未接種の子供（１７歳以下）が自宅隔離を希望する場合は、当該子供に係る情報（「名前」「パスポート番号」、「自宅住所」及び「陰性証明書（ＰＣＲ検査、スワブ検体）」）を保健省（hso@moh.gov.my）へメールで提出し、予め許可を得ること。この場合も同許可メールはプリントアウトし、国際入国地点で示す必要がある。
