契約内容を変更してきた。

これによって　毎月149RM+ tax を　99RM+tax に削減できる。

月50RMの経費節約/削減効果だ。　年に換算すると600RM。

Mbps だが、一人のみで　せいぜい　Youtubeくらいをみる程度なら　30Mbpsでも良いかとも思ったが、僅か10RM/月の違い　なので、50Mbps の99RM にした。

なお、50Mbpsでは不十分なら100MBpsへのupgrade は2年縛り期間中でも　無料で変更できる。

TMポイントの顧客カウンター担当スタッフに　Temporary Suspension は2年経過後じゃないと適用されないんですよね、と質問したところ、2年経過前でも　申請/適用できる　と言う。

We have received your request to temporarily suspend your account.

Kindly be informed that only account owner can apply for temporary suspension of unifi account.

Detail business rules as below:

1. Account has no outstanding bill amount.
2. Customer must provide supporting document as per below. Kindly share related document.
a) Reason: Away from home for job assignment or long holiday:
i. Document on training
ii. Study or course
iii. Long vacation letter (Visa/ Passport /Flight Ticket /itinerary for Tour Guide)
iv. Work offer letter/ job assignment letter.

b) Reason: Renovation.
i. Letters from Majlis perbandaran/DBKL, etc or
ii. Quotation/Receipt/Invoice for renovation, or
iii. Picture if renovation with approval of TMP supervisor

3. Minimum days required to apply prior suspension start date : 3 days.
4. Customer can apply for temporary suspension only once in a calendar year, for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months.
5. Only applicable for account which have exceeded minimum contract period: Unifi & Streamyx 8Mbps : 24 Months
