私の署名した反対票も　270世帯の中の一票としてカウントされた　ということだ。

Some 270 families living in the neighbourhood signed the objection petition, which was handed over to the council.

確かに　このゴルフリゾート内の住宅区域は　その自然環境が気に入って購入した住民ばかりであるし、その分だけ価格にもプレミアムがついている。

Loo said with the commercial development, this would increase the population density and traffic flow volume.

“Those who purchased properties at the resort did so because of its environment, flora and fauna surrounding the resort.

“There are various species of butterflies, crickets, monkeys and other wildlife living in that forest which will vanish if the project takes off,” he added.

さて　反対署名の結果はどうなることかなぁ。。
