TM Unifi Temporary Suspension #2 (申請: 日本からemailで)

TM から返事が来た。


返事が来るのは早くて数日後、遅ければ数週間後 だろうと思っていたが翌日に返事が来たなんて ビックリだ。


しかも私が期待したとおりの返事だ。


• Long vacation letter / Visa / Passport / Flight Ticket/itinerary for Tour Guide – for customers that is away from home for a long holiday


を 次のemail address に送れば良い と書いてある。

早速 ANAのEチケット(往復)とパスポートの写真コピーを添付して 申請手続きのemail を送信した。


なお Eチケット(往復)に記載されている帰路の航空便が航空会社の都合でキャンセルになっていること、このため 帰路フライトの便が現状ブランクであり、外国人の入国制限が継続しているので いつマレーシアに帰国するか当面不明である旨を補足しておいた。


受付ました という返信が来るとパーフェクトだが、そこまでは期待薄かな。

Please be informed that you are entitled to request a temporary suspension for your account. The suspension period is on a monthly basis and up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive months only and the entitlement is for a customer who is away from home for a job assignment, away from home for a long holiday, or doing house renovation.

• Document on training/seminar – for customers that is away from home for job assignment


• Offer letter on study or course – for customers that are away from home for job assignment


• Long vacation letter / Visa / Passport / Flight Ticket/itinerary for Tour Guide – for customers that is away from home for a long holiday


• Work offer letter/ job assignment letter – for customers that are away from home for job assignment


• Letter of approval from building management and local authority (renovation) – for customers that are doing house renovation.

Hello


I am subscribing TM Unifi (RM157.95 monthly) for many years.


Name : Gary

Every time I traveled back to Japan, I went to TM point near my house in Ipoh to apply temporary suspension.


The last period of the temporary suspension I applied was from Oct 8, 2020 until January 8, 2021 ( temporary suspension is allowed maximum 3 months per year.)


Although I originally planned to come back to Ipoh/ Malaysia around mid January or February 2021, still I have to stay in Japan because Malaysian Government continues not allowing foreigners to enter Malaysia due to COVID-19.


I have no idea when Malaysian Government will lift the ban of foreigners entering in Malaysia.


Therefore I want to apply temporary suspension for the maximum 3 months period again.


As I am now in Japan, I can not go to the TM point in Ipoh.


What to do to proceed the application of temporary suspension from Japan?
