2Uで　complaint を申し立てた。

7/18に申し入れメッセージを送信したところ、7/20に「受領した」　との返信メールを受け取った。

この後、どういう展開になるだろう？

多分、パスポートの有効期間に合わせて　今回は3年にしたので悪しからず　という返事が来て、それでチョン　だろうな。

RM預金取り崩して、日本へ送金しちゃおうかな、為替レート次第だが。。。

My Subject is: Why shorten Valid period of Renewal card 

My Message: 

I have received renewal Visa/Amex card on July 18th, 2022, however, I am shocked to find out the valid period of renewed card is only 3 years until July 2025.

Currently my credit card is valid for 5 years until July 2022.

Why it is shortened? , in spite of my request: 10 years period?

My Fixed deposit is placed as collateral for fully coverage onto credit card.

In addition, I deposit a large amount of fixed deposit and investment in Funds, altogether it comes to almost xxxxRM!!

If Maybank can not provide me of 5 years or 10 years valid period for renewal credit card, I have to think about moving my deposit to other bank.
