TM からは　Routerの交換代金として　53RMの追加料金が　次月のbillに加算された。

そのあとの　Routerの再交換は　無料だった。

これで　もう追加支払いはない　と思っていたら、MM (M ManagementOffice)から　whatsappがきて、80RM 支払うようにと書いてある。

1)  Mr Gary, regarding your report to us that your house no internet connection. Contractor already check and found out the fiber fast connector at the fiber box (green colour) and the white box (outside the house on the wall) is faulty. They have changed the both connector.

For the connector in the fiber box (green colour), is common area, Eco Village will pay for it. For the white box (outside the house on the wall), owner need to pay for it. The cost is RM80.00 (attached as above is the Cash Bill) for your kind attention and necessary action). Thank you

2)  確かにTMテクニシャン以外にも　MMの契約コントラクターがきて　修理していったが、請求書の日付と違うので、確認した。

　The contractor named Lim came to my house on July 13th and fixed it.
However, the attached PDF says July 21.
I want to confirm the 80RM bill is for the fixing work on July 13th.

3)  返信がきた。
yes. Lim came to fix on 13/07/22 and the company, Wincomm issue the cash bill on 21/07/22
