三菱電機製品　正規サービスセンター(イポー  )に2月29日(木曜日)に連絡して　5日後の今日(3月5日)に　テクニシャンが来てくれた。

5日間には土日を挟んでいるので　実質、連絡後三日で来てくれたのは迅速なサービス体制と評価できるが、なにぶん　熱帯夜が続いているので　待ち遠しかった。

冷却ガス不足が原因ということで　ガス充填してもらったが、ガス不足になった原因自体は特定することが現時点ではできないという。

まずは　今回のガス充填で　冷却機能が完全回復すればそれで良いが、もしも2週間くらい経過して　再度　冷却不全になった場合には、冷却ガス漏れ箇所の特定のため　RM500くらいかかってしまうが、水槽に入れたり、配管チューブに特殊液体を流し込んで皮膜処理をして　1、2カ月後の状況を検査するなど、手間のかかる作業が必要になるという説明だ。

Ground floor air conditioner: checked gas and found nothing wrong except too dirty indoor units which needs to have chemical cleaning.

1st floor air conditioner:
Checked gas n found insufficient gas. Indoor units itself are very clean, no need to have chemical cleaning.

From one week ago, Not cooling down, Lau checked n said it was cause:d by insufficient gas (30%only)

So, Gas injection was done

Reason of gas leaking is unknown.

Possibly some leaking from small holes if any among the followings etc

1) outside compressor
2) inside unit
3) pipe connecting unit and compressor

( to find out , it will cost much about RM500 and take 3,4 weeks to identify the specific area causing gas leakage )

Or

last time 4,5 yr ago, not enough gas was injected when air conditioner cleaning of the unit n compressor was done.

So

After gas injection today, (March 5, 2024), I need to wait n see whether there remains any problems.

In case of non cooling down again or having blinking lump before we go back to Japan on March 19, need to contact Lau immediately.
