Penang Smart Parking APP (不具合への対応になんと8ヶ月も)
去年の6月7日に アプリ不具合のクレームメールを送ったのだが、8か月経過した本日(2月13日)になって ようやく 不具合への対応メールが返ってきた。
不具合の内容は以下のとおり。
I am a foreigner, not having MyKad.
I registered correctly passport number in iPad, but when it comes to my smartphone the registered ID status goes wrong to MyKad.
8ヶ月経過しての調査内容としては,
Referring to the above, as checking, this problem relate with data issue.
と書いてある。
どうして こんなに時間がかかったんだろう?。。
iPad とスマホの両方をチェックしてみたが、正常動作になっていた。

I registered my ID choosing Passport number in iPad.
When I open Application in my smartphone, it says MyKad number is invalid.
